Dr. Lim made a fantastic job. He replaced 4 locators in the upper denture with the denture realignment so accurately that no corrections was needed. Dr. Lin provided very clear explanation of the possible modifications in the future. I am very happy the Dr. Wong referred me to Dr. Lim.

I really enjoy my dental exams and cleanings with Sheila!! She is very thorough and tells me exactly which teeth I need to focus better cleaning on at home. Sheila has great recommendations and tools for me to use. The whole staff who work for Dr. Lim are awesome!! Especially Lisa, the office Manager, who is very helpful!!

Dr. Lim is great. He is not only highly competent in general dentistry and implants, he really cares about each of his patients. I highly recommend him and his practice. I saw Dr. Lim to get 13 teeth pulled & get dentures (no implants). Dr. Lim has been just phenomenal through the entire process. Making the mold, the extractions (painlessly done) & the quick timely follow-up adjustments & relining was so thorough & competently done, I can't praise him enough. He does it till it's totally fine. I can't believe how good these dentures are. They fit like a glove & I can eat anything. I hated having to get dentures. Now, I'm in love with these dentures. I'm very impressed by the way he runs the office/staff. Not only is he highly efficient, but the office has a fantastic atmosphere. I actually like going there. The whole staff is so friendly & very responsive any time you call. They answer all questions & are flexible on appointments. The wait time on appointments & after arrival is short. I'm an older guy & this is, by far, the best dental care I've ever had. No exaggeration, I wish I could give Dr. Lim & his staff 10 stars.

Stumbled across Dr Lim due to other DDS retired ~implant crown came off & he was able to do a Gingivectomy ‘cutting away some gum around the post’ for the implant crown to be recemented, all in one visit. I was grateful impressed and happy with all the professionalism in the office! The doctor & staff were friendly & kind! I left feeling overwhelmed with a good experience!! A++

I’ve been going to Steve Lim’s Advanced Dentistry practice for years. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. You don’t feel pressured when they share opportunities for improving your smile. They are a little more insistent when it comes to procedures needs to maintain your dental health and that makes sense. It’s a clean, comfortable, and pleasant environment. If you don’t get Steve, the other dentists and specialists are highly competent too so you can’t go wrong. I didn’t have a concern once and Steve dealt with it directly and apologized so alls well that ends well.

Staff was warm and welcoming. I suffer from extreme PTSD when it comes to dental appointments. I felt very comfortable. They chose a plan that worked for me and that I could afford. I was referred by my regular dentist for broken implant from a previous implant specialist., as he had retired. Dr Lim explained that I could leave without harm or take a chance to do the implant surgery again. No pressure from Dr Lim or his staff, , the were warm , friendly and knowledgeable. Steve at the front desk , Gabby and others I cannot remember their names , but I would like to thank them for making me feel safe. . The informed surgery was pain free , and went well and was comfortable, I had 4 on one , not completely finished yet. I remain very optimistic. Thank you., I would refer friends and family .

I had a great experience from first entering the reception area, the wait was short. My scheduled cleaning with Sarah was on time and as always, she is comforting and does an excellent job. Dr. Perez completed my exam. She was very thorough and asked if I had any questions regarding what was done during my visit. I am very happy with my visit and the service I received. I had a dental cleaning with Sheila & as usual she is very thorough, professional and always does such a great job cleaning my teeth!! Dr. Lim came in to do a check up on my 6 implants, crowns & checked on my 6 natural teeth to which he said all looked real good!! This team does a really excellent job on all dental procedures!! I've had 6 implants all done by Dr. Lim + most teeth crowned to protect the teeth I have left. My mouth is severely dry which had caused lots of unnoticed decay but, not anymore because of the great work done by Dr. Lim. I've never had a better dentist in my 65 years & I won't go to any other dentist!! When you've found the best dentist you become happy; you smile a lot because you have a perfectly bright smile now!! This team of professionals are the very best & their work shows that they care about you, your teeth & your smile!!!

I can't say enough about Dr Steve Lim. If you are looking for someone who does amazing work then you should stop looking and make an appointment with him. He corrected a failed implant for me and most recently I made the mistake of going to another dentist and my bite was thrown off. Again I went to Dr Lim and he corrected the issue. Going forward I will only go to this office for work. I have spent more money correcting mistakes that others have made.

Dr. Lim assisted my mother with an all on four dental implant procedure last year. My mother's previous dentist suggested she complete the process over 10 years ago but she was really anxious because of a previous negative dental experience she had so she put the surgery off for many years. My mother was extremely satisfied with her results. Not only was the process pain free (which was a huge concern for my mom), Dr. Lim ensured that my mom was happy with her bite/aesthetics of the implants and adjusted her implants until she was satisfied. My mom's confidence has significantly increased (she no longer covers her mouth when she laughs) and everyone says how much younger she looks. She looks at least 20 years younger with her new teeth! We highly recommend Dr. Lim to those considering all on four dental implants!

Ever since my dentist urged me to seek out a prosthodontist for a full mouth reconstruction on Dec. 2 2021, my journey of consultations started. After consulting with almost 10 experts - prosthodontists, orthodontist, dentists, even an endodontist, yes, my case is that complicated. Here is my experience with Dr. Lim. He was very pleasant and friendly which put me at ease right away. Answered my tons of questions with patience and kindness. Of course he is extremely knowledgeable - an expert in his field - but what impressed me the most, especially after seeing so many dentists, was his manners - he is caring, compassionate and respectful. Dr. Lim is an incredible and caring man. He always maintains his professionalism. Lots of dentists get very casual with patience, but I really appreciate his professional attitudes. His staff is always on top of their game and the facility is outstanding. I was able to watch my favorite shows and also listen to music or take breaks to talk to the staff when needed. I want to say thank you to everyone at this office for being so nice and patient with me. I was lost and arrived late, and the staff came to get me downstairs. Isa was incredibly sweet and understanding when i checked in and helped me find my Dental Insurance with out hesitating to keep me in the loop every step of the way. I also want to thank my dental hygienist Sheila who was also very patient with me and walked me through the entire process, she was super thoughtful when I told her that I get jaw locked and gave me frequent breaks and reassured me that thing were going smoothly and her dental assistant Cynthia who was exceptional at talking to me while I was getting my cleaning she was also the one who went to find me downstairs and was super welcoming when bringing me to my seat and then walked me out as well once i was finished. Dr Tang was came and checked my teeth was super nice and was really informative when I asked questions ! Not only did I get exceptional service I feel like the staff welcomed me as one of their own ! I'm so glad I finally found a great dental Office. I was in pain and have not been able to get it looked out. When I went to another Dental Office, they just took X-rays and told me they could not do it. But this office was so attentive, the staff was great, I was lost and Steven guided me to the right building. I saw the assistant Cynthia who was so nice and gentle and explained everything she was doing. She was able to answer every question I had. Dr. Tang was able to look at my tooth and told me he could get it fixed right away if I wanted to. I got it fixed the same day, I'm no longer in pain and was able to get into for a cleaning the next day. The hyShiela was great! Super gentle and attentive. Gotta say this office was great! I'm glad I found an office that cares about the patient.

No waiting on appointments. Facilities are clean & well maintained. Staff is friendly & efficient. I'm 72 & have been going in for checkups since I was little (usually every 6 months or sooner) and at Center for Advanced Dentistry I never feel like they're looking for items to fix. Honest!

Awesome service at the front and back of the house. Steven was the first to answer my call and he was very attentive and friendly. I came to CFAD to get my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Phan. The surgery was quick and painless and my healing was quick. Definitely recommend going to Dr. Phan for oral surgery. After coming here for wisdom teeth removal I entrusted my dental health to their care team. Sheila (hygienist) made me feel super comfy and leaves my teeth feeling sparkly. She has great chair side manners. Lovely person and great hygienist. I appreciate that the work this team does is collaborative and they make me feel comfortable in the office.
